Retail Associate (Part time)

Job Title: Retail Associate
Location: Tubac, AZ (not remote eligible)
Hours: Initially, the role will require 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for expanded hours based on business needs and performance.
Wage: $20 per hour, 5% commission on sales
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and knowledge about the products.
Act as an ambassador for Erdé, embodying the brand's ethos in every customer interaction and demonstrating our commitment to quality and uniqueness in the marketplace.
Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card operations accurately.
Maintain the store's visual appearance according to Erdé's standards.
Manage inventory and restock products as needed.
Participate in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Stay informed about new products and trends in lifestyle and home goods.
Perform various support tasks as needed to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business, including but not limited to:
Preparing shipments and packaging goods with care and precision
Managing inventory and organizing stock.
Hand-stamping bags and creating custom packaging elements.
Performing office tasks such as preparing marketing materials.
Taking initiative to complete tasks that contribute to the store's success and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
Passion for lifestyle products and an eye for design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn about the brand's products and ethos.
